

Online Coaching for Women
Who said mama's can't be strong, too?
Movement.
Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, or none in between, movement should always feel good! Once pregnant or following birth, most women are afraid to move their bodies in fear of "doing something they shouldn't" or moving in the wrong way.
Did you know the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommend pregnant women should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week? Research shows, that aerobic activity can reduce your risk of developing some prenatal complications by as much as 40%!

My goal with the Pregnancy and Postpartum Coaching programs is to empower you with movement!

Women's Online Coaching
Through the Women's Online Coaching program, I will coach you through exercise modifications, safe movements, and workouts that will prepare you for what's ahead. We will work as a team to communicate on what feels good and what feels not so good. You know your body best! Whether you're a dedicated power lifter, long distance runner, garage cycler, weekend golfer, speed walker, or morning yogi -- the way you move your body matters! And I want to help you on your journey to get back to doing what fuels you!
Whether you're dealing with pains from pregnancy or trying to get back to running or riding the Peloton postpartum, your workouts will be individualized and specific to your goals and how your body moves. We will adapt and address your pelvic floor along the way ensuring appropriate coordination and healing.
How it works!

1. Onboarding
We will go over basic information about you, how your nutrition is currently, how your pregnancy is going or how it went, and everything I need in order to build your program.

2. Set your goals
Tell me about your short-term and long-term goals and what you need from me in order to get you there/what has held you back in the past from reaching these goals.

3. Get to work
Fully customized training program that includes video guided workouts, 24/7 access to me via Voxer app to discuss any questions or concerns throughout the week, and weekly check-ins with me.

You will learn how to:
1. Meet your daily water goals.
​
2. Put yourself first.
​
3. Become more consistent with working out (while also enjoying it!)
​
4. Prioritize sleep and self-care.
​
​
After your 4 week program is complete, you can choose to continue your health journey with Dr. Brittany increasing intensity of workouts for those postpartum or by modifying workouts to prepare you for labor!
